Belief that "success is achievable through work" is an NGO practical attempt, indeed a culture that aims in helping single-parent families – managed by women – gain a relative economical freedom while maintaining their human dignity. For this culture to flourish further attempts should be made in utilizing these women's aptitude and capabilities. Also more coordinate managerial techniques should be applied in implementing intellectual and material investments the benevolent people will be making.
These are the important factors contributing to the flourishing of "success through work" culture and the securing of an "immortal life" that every Muslim desires. It is based on his religious beliefs and on his knowledge of the blessings there are for enduring charity helps, waqf donations, that every Muslim looks for an opportunity to make individual or collective donations.
This opportunity has now been actualized: benevolent donators can participate in bringing the Samen Central Administration Building to completion. With the help of two benevolent volunteers, construction work is now in progress on a piece of land freely donated by Hedayat Samen Charity Organization. It will house the pilgrims coming to visit Imam Reza (peace be upon him). The building, close to the holy Shrine, has 16 apartment-suits that make an area of about 1200 sq. meters.

Project: Completion of the Pilgrims' House and the Central Administration Building of Samen Hedayat Charity Organization.
Investors: Any benevolent person
How much to invest: Minimum Ten million Rials. Each payment of this much will allow for the following spiritual and material advantages.
Spiritual and Material advantages - Success in traveling to Mashhad, and visiting Imam Reza, the Kind Imam (peace be upon him).
- Participation in the construction of the waqf building of Samen Hedayat Charity Organization (Pilgrims' House, and the Central Administration Building).
- Residence in the Pilgrims' House, twice a year, for a period of three years in equal to the amount.
On the basis of religious teachings, the reward of goodness should be either equal to the good work or better than it. Therefore, the Organization considers it a duty to give the donators a 30% discount on the rent of the suits as compared with similar ones.The construction work will be completed at the end of the year 1388 if financial aids are received. Any sincere assistance on your part will bring you spiritual rewards and provide this charity organization with the possibility of advancing its goals.
